Return & Replacement Policy

How do I Return & Replace my ordered product?

All of Furneaser products are completely covered for warranty and replacement service (Free Of Cost).


  • Damage or Defective Item Delivered: In case if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at 9625156974 or email at furneaser@gmail.com, the damage & defect will be assessed by the customer service team, and a solution will be provided. If the product is broken, it may be replaced, or repaired. Everything is Free of cost. 

 

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If the product does not comply with the specifications, or it is different as per your original order, raise the issue immediately by contacting our customer support team.

 

  • Cancellation in case of Change in Requirement: You can cancel your order for any product within 24 hours of placing it or before shipping is done, and a full refund will be initiated pertaining to the order. 
  • Post shipping, no cancellation will be entertained. However, cancellation can only be done if the product is in production / pre-production stage. Cancellation is not possible after a product has been dispatched from the warehouse.

 

Return & Replacement:


If your order is eligible for return & replacement, the same shall be processed as per the following guidelines:

  • All returns & replacement process initiation shall be subject to pick up of delivered items from customer's premises.
