Warranty Service

All FurnEaser products come with a 3 year warranty which covers manufacturing & workmanship defects issues that occur during the warranty period. 

We ensure that our products are free from manufacturing defects however, in the unlikely event of a product being defective, we offer a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects. 

To avail the warranty service, you need not to come with a warranty card, we have hassle free warranty policy, all you just need to contact our customer support team with your "Order ID" at +91-9625156974 or write to us at Furneaser@gmail.com. 

After receiving the complaint, our team will contact you for resolution. After verification, either your faulty parts will be replaced or repaired or a brand new product will be provided for free of cost in exchange for defective items.

• During the warranty period we undertake an exchange, repair or refund
• The warranty is valid from the date of delivery
• The Defect must be notified to the Brand within 10 days of occurrence
• The warranty is applicable for brand authorised technician visits and production faults.
• Customers also may fix the issue by hiring local professional carpenters. The reimbursement will be provided by the brand with mutual discussion and decision.
• In case of minor defects, customers may ask for compensation. Same will be provided with mutual discussion and decision.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal and natural wear and tear
• Personal Damage 
• Damage to the product due to any improper use/installation by an unqualified person.
• Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
• Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
• Damage caused due to incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
• Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg, upholstery furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)
• Cracks developed due to the displacement of the product
• Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
